Half the fun of editing photos is the ability to relive the trip, and this was definitely a trip to relive.  There were morels to hunt (I had never tried them before and they were amazing), horses to ride (I hadn't ridden in about ten years), ponds to swim in, cattle to look for, dead birds to hold, horses to feed and tire swings to ride.  And all in a place that you have to say, "Yes, it really is that beautiful."
