Washington D.C.

Washington D.C. is a city always under construction.  This time it was the Capitol oh, yes, and the Mall.  There was no grass on the Mall.

Yes, fountains factor heavily into our trip.  They are where negligent mothers can let their children play for hours without having to worry about patrons who are, say, trying to contemplate masterpieces.

Then there was a trip the Great Grandma's house where the hight light was, for sure, catching fireflies.

Yes, folks, we spent thousands of dollars on plane tickets to get all these kids to Washington D.C. so they could....ride the metro.  Yes, ride the metro.  This little boy is holding the golden ticket.
